Yes. Open Settings → Plan in the desktop app and you will be taken to the billing portal, where you can cancel or change plans in a couple of clicks. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Pro is sized for someone with a handful of interviews coming up — 3,000 credits a month and mock interviews. Pro+ is for an active job search — 6,000 credits, longer sessions, priority response speed, and priority support.
No. Plans are Free, Pro, and Pro+. Card billing is monthly, or as 3-month (10% off) and 6-month (15% off) packages. Upgrade or change plans anytime from Settings → Plan in the desktop app. Interval changes after subscribe go through the billing portal.
