Privacy Policy

URHIRED AI provides a desktop application that offers real-time assistance during interviews. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

Account information. Your email address and authentication details. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your email and basic profile from that provider — never your password.

Interview content. Text you send to the assistant, screenshots you explicitly capture and attach, transcription text, and the context documents you upload such as a resume or job description.

Usage data. Session counts, credit consumption, model selections, and error diagnostics.

Billing data. Handled by our payment processor. We do not store your card details.

We do not record your screen continuously. Screenshots are captured only when you press a capture shortcut. We do not record audio to disk for the purpose of storage — audio is processed for live transcription.

Interview turns are sent to third-party model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate responses. Those providers process the content under their own terms as our subprocessors.

Retention periods to be confirmed prior to publication.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to privacy@urhiredai.com. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your saved setups and interview history.

Application configuration and logs are written to your local application data directory. Clearing them removes local preferences without affecting your account.
