Undetectable mode
They share the call. You share your screen. Nobody sees the copilot.
URHIRED AI runs as a protected overlay. When you share your screen, the interviewer sees your desktop, your IDE, your browser — and none of this.

Start with the scope you owned, then the constraint you hit…
Drag the divider. The overlay is on the left and absent on the right — that is the difference between your display and the stream you share.
How it works
Eight layers of staying out of sight
Undetectable mode is not one trick. It is every surface of the app designed so nothing about it draws attention.
Invisible to screen share
The overlay is marked as protected content at the OS level, so screen-capture and screen-share APIs skip it entirely. You see it. The interviewer sees your desktop without it.
Not in the Dock or taskbar
URHIRED AI never registers a Dock icon on macOS or a taskbar button on Windows. On macOS it is also excluded from Cmd+Tab and Mission Control.
Click-through mode
Press Cmd/Ctrl+Alt+Shift+M and the overlay stops receiving mouse events completely. Your clicks land on the app behind it while the edge hub stays reachable.
Gone in one keystroke
Cmd/Ctrl+Alt+W hides everything instantly. The same key brings it back. No menu, no mouse, no window animation to catch someone's eye.
Adjustable opacity
Fade the overlay background as far down as you like while the response text and controls stay crisp and readable.
Region snip without the tell
Screenshots are captured through an in-app overlay drawn over a frozen frame — not the OS snip tool. Your cursor never changes to the system crosshair.
Frameless and always on top
No title bar, no window chrome, no app switcher entry. During an interview the window stays above your meeting without ever stealing focus.
Rename the app itself
The desktop app's visible name and icon are configurable, so even a glance at a process list gives nothing away.
Coverage
Works with every meeting tool
URHIRED AI is a desktop overlay, not a plugin or a browser extension. There is nothing to install into your meeting app, and nothing for it to detect.
Test it once, then trust it
Capture exclusion is applied by your operating system, so we recommend a thirty-second dry run before an interview that matters: start a meeting with yourself, share your screen, and confirm the overlay is absent from the shared view. Do this once per meeting app and you will know exactly what your interviewer sees.
Undetectable mode hides the app from your screen share and from your Dock, taskbar, and app switcher. It is not built to defeat dedicated proctoring software, and the process remains visible in Activity Monitor and Task Manager the way any running app is.
