Using URHIRED AI with Cisco Webex
Webex appears most often in enterprise, finance, and consulting interviews. The setup is the same as any other meeting app — start your session, then join.
Audio
Webex plays through system output. Capture mode stays on System.
Screen sharing
Webex offers screen, application, and file sharing. Screen and application both work.

- 1
Use the desktop app
Webex's desktop client is more predictable than its web version for screen sharing.
- 2
Start your session first
Launch from the hub before joining.
- 3
Share screen or application
Both modes behave the same way from the overlay's perspective.
- 4
Check the share indicator
Webex shows a floating bar with what you are sharing. Confirm the overlay is not in the stream.

Worth knowing
- Webex's floating control bar can be moved — put it well away from the overlay.
- Some Webex deployments open a browser-based 'join from browser' flow. Test that path if that is how your invite is set up.
