Using URHIRED AI with Microsoft Teams
Teams shows up in most enterprise interview loops, often for behavioral and hiring-manager rounds. URHIRED AI sits alongside it the same way it does anywhere else.
Audio
Teams routes the call through your system output. Keep the capture mode on System.
Screen sharing
Teams lets you share your whole screen, a window, or a PowerPoint. Screen or window both behave the same way for the overlay.

- 1
Decide desktop app or web
Both work. The desktop client is more stable for long calls; the web client changes less often.
- 2
Start your session, then join
Launch from the hub before entering the meeting.
- 3
Share screen or window
Use the share tray and pick your screen or the specific window.
- 4
Watch for the floating toolbar
Teams docks a small call-control bar on top of everything. Position the overlay so the two do not collide.
- 5
Enable click-through
⌘⌥⇧M keeps your mouse working in Teams and your editor while the overlay stays up.

Worth knowing
- Enterprise Teams deployments sometimes enforce policies through the desktop client. Those apply to Teams, not to other applications on your machine.
- Teams occasionally reduces the frame rate of shared screens, which has no effect on the overlay.
- Together Mode and background effects apply to your camera only.
